What you will do
- Conducting interviews with guests and hotel managers
- Researching what products and services hotels should offer their guests to improve the guest experience
- Brainstorming to find creative deals which will pleasantly surprise guests
- Working closely together with our customer success, marketing and product team
- Working together with freelancers to create high quality content around 200+ products & services for hotel guests
We are looking for someone who is
- Passionate about improving the guest experience
- In love with doing research
- Positive with a creative mindset
Start date: The sooner, the better

- If you can speak either Dutch/Spanish/Italian/German and English.
